This involves sourcing for suitable tenants to occupy a property; suitability involves rating the tenants in terms of:

We propose to reach out to prospective target corporate tenants by the following marketing strategies:

- Advert bookings in the print media. i.e. Newspapers
- Real estate publications / magazines, high circulation magazines. Etc.
- Designing and printing of colourful informative marketing target slips or brochures for distribution to likely interest prospective target tenants, via courier or mail.
Tenant’s Information & Database Management:
When we have successfully sourced for suitable tenants, we then proceed to build a database on the individual tenants occupying the separate flats. This will include their:
- Personal details
- Telephone numbers
- Positions in their organisations
- Size of family or occupants of the flats
- Character traits observed over time
This enables the Facility Manager to deal with the complaints and demands of the tenants on a personal basis and also lodge complaints with their employing organisations, as the case may be.

Facility Budget & Maintenance Management Programme:
We will draw up a budget for the maintenance of the property based on our designed maintenance schedule for the building. This will include cost of:
- Servicing/maintenance of generators
- Hiring workers, i.e. gardener, cleaners, etc.
- Engaging security personnel
- Septic tank evacuation
- Redecorating the building, i.e. painting
- Tending to the garden/lawn
Settlement of Relevant Statutory Rates & Fees
Prompt Maintenance Management Schedules
A stitch in time saves nine; maintenance jobs will be carried out as soon as any damage is discovered. Damage may be;
